You can initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order through our return policy. We will convert your return into store credit valid for one year. Please note that while the return itself is free, we do not refund the original delivery fee paid when the item was ordered.

Instead of offering refunds, we provide online store credit for returned items. This credit can be used to shop for something else on our website that better suits your preferences and is valid for one year.

Can I convert my store credit into a gift card?

Yes, you can convert your store credit into a gift card that can be shared with friends and family. To do so, simply email us at contact@withaccents.com, and we'll take care of it for you.

Is there an expiration date for store credit and gift cards?

Store credit and gift cards are valid for as long as the website remains operational :)
