 Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?

Absolutely! If you've had a change of heart and would like to exchange your item, please email us at contact@withaccents.com or contact us through our Instagram page @withaccents with your order number, and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we confirm everything, we’ll provide the next steps for the exchange.

What is the return policy?

You can initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order, as outlined in our return policy. We will issue a refund, but please note that while the return itself is free, the original delivery fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.


What should I do if the item I receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

When you receive your order, please take a moment to inspect it. If you notice any issues, such as damage, breakage, or receiving the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately via email at contact@withaccents.com or through our Instagram page @withaccents. We will review the issue before proceeding with the return. You can return the item, and we will either send a replacement of the same product or, if it's out of stock, you can choose another product of equal value or request a refund. Please note that returns must be made within 5 days; otherwise, we won't be able to accept the return.

Are there any exceptions or items that I cannot return?

Yes, there are a few items we cannot accept for returns: sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
