Do you ship overseas?
For now, we ship within Accra, Ghana only 🇬🇭
We started out in Dubai and recently made the move to Accra. Who knows — maybe one day we’ll pop up in a neighboring country too! We're settling in and excited for what’s ahead. ✨
How long will it take to get my orders?
We deliver within 20 to 45 minutes—guaranteed! Currently, we serve Central Accra only.Deliveries go out Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Saturday and Sunday are our weekend days off! 🧘♀️ Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Monday—first things first! 💛
If your delivery address falls outside ou core delivery area, we may contact you to confirm availability or suggest the best possible delivery solution.
Delivery Attempts:If our driver is unable to locate your address, we’ll try to reach you via WhatsApp or phone call. We make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If both attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned and cancelled.
What should I do if I receive a product and don't like it?

When your order arrives, you can open it, take a look, and decide on the spot—as long as the packaging isn’t damaged. If it’s not right for you, simply hand it back to our superhero rider—no fees, no hassle.
Once you’ve opened and decided to keep it, we’re unable to accept a return. So, please make sure you’re fully happy before the rider leaves!

Please ensure the item is in the same condition you received it if you decide to return it.
Why does the outer box sometimes show signs of wear?
Our products travel all the way from Dubai and Europe, and while we take great care in packing them, the outer box (such as the one holding the piece) might show minor wear from the journey. Please note, this does not affect our branded bags, gift wrap, or the product inside. Your item will be in perfect condition and ready for you to enjoy! 🎁
